(May 22, 2008) – Smiths Medical MD, announces an update to all versions of its CoZmanager® PC Communications Software that adds compatibility with the Microsoft® Vista® operating system. The CoZmanager® software is the first diabetes personalization and tracking software to be compatible with the Vista® operating system.
The CoZmanager® software allows Deltec Cozmo® insulin pump customers to track their insulin and diabetes management history on their personal computer. The new CoZmanager® 2.0 software system is the only data management software that allows customers to personalize their insulin pump with custom named basal patterns, create boluses with pre-programmed default carbohydrate amounts, add foods to the CozFoods® database and program a weekly schedule to change basal patterns by day of the week and more.
